Whether you’re moving into a new home or leaving your current one, let us know so we can help make the transition easier.

New customers can request propane service at their new address, while existing customers can transfer service, update account information, or arrange for a final delivery and account closing.

Will Call Delivery

For customers who prefer to monitor their own propane usage, Pacer Propane offers Will Call delivery service.

As a Will Call customer, you are responsible for contacting us when you need a propane delivery. Please allow 10 business days for scheduling and request a delivery when your tank level reaches approximately 30%.

Additional trip charges or service fees may apply if a special delivery is required or if a customer experiences an out-of-gas situation.

For added convenience and peace of mind, consider upgrading to Automatic Delivery and let Pacer Propane help manage your propane needs.

Paperless Billing

Our paperless billing service gives you quick, convenient access to your account details, statements, and invoices anytime you need them.

E-statements and digital invoices are fast and easy to manage while helping reduce paper waste and eliminate the need to store or recycle paper bills and envelopes.
