Will Call Delivery Service

If your tank gauge reads 5% or lower, it is considered OUT OF GAS. Please contact our office by telephone immediately for assistance.

COD Customers: We require payment at the time of order. Call our office to schedule your deliveries.

Will Call customers are responsible for monitoring their propane tank level and requesting deliveries far enough in advance to account for processing times, seasonal demand, weather, and other potential delays.

A will call customer experiencing an out of gas situation may incur additional fees. Please familiarize yourself with our Will Call Service Terms & Conditions for complete details.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard: Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Winter (Nov–Mar): During the heating season, delivery times may extend to 10 business days due to increased demand. Severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or temporary office closures may also affect delivery schedules as we work to protect our customers and drivers.

Monitor your tank level and local weather conditions regularly, and request your propane delivery well in advance to help avoid running low.

We want to keep your home comfortable all year long.

During the busy winter heating season, weather and high demand can impact delivery times, so it is best to allow up to 10 business days to help ensure you never run too low during the colder months.

As a Will Call customer, please be aware that running out of propane require additional steps for your safety, including a mandatory leak check and re-lighting of pilots. These services must be completed while someone is home.

If an Out-of-Gas situation occurs, expedited delivery—such as Same-Day, Next-Day, or After-Hours service—will result in additional charges and is subject to availability. Availability may vary depending on weather, demand, and routing constraints.
