All you need to know

Pacer Propane offers two convenient delivery options:

Automatic Delivery
We monitor your estimated propane usage and schedule deliveries automatically, helping reduce the risk of running low. No need to check your tank gauge or place each order yourself.

Will Call Delivery
You monitor your own tank level and contact us when you need a delivery. Orders should be placed well in advance to allow for standard delivery times, seasonal demand, severe weather, and other possible delays.

Our team can help you choose the delivery option that best fits your household’s needs and preferences.

Automatic Delivery Service takes the work out of managing your propane supply. Pacer Propane monitors your estimated fuel usage and local weather conditions to determine when your tank may need a refill, then schedules your delivery automatically.

You do not need to monitor your tank gauge or place an order each time you need propane. Automatic Delivery provides added convenience and helps reduce the risk of running low, especially during periods of heavy use or cold weather.

No. Automatic Delivery is a convenient way to manage your propane supply and does not typically carry an additional enrollment fee. You pay for the propane delivered to your tank, along with any standard charges that apply to your account.

Because deliveries are scheduled before your tank gets too low, Automatic Delivery may also help you avoid the additional fees that can result from running out of propane.

You don’t need to schedule your deliveries. With Automatic Delivery Service, Pacer Propane monitors your estimated propane usage and local weather conditions, then schedules a refill when your tank is expected to need one.

To help us maintain an accurate delivery schedule, please let us know if your propane usage changes—for example, if you add a new appliance, begin heating a larger space, or will be away from home for an extended period.

Automatic Delivery customers: Pacer Propane monitors your estimated usage and local weather conditions and schedules deliveries automatically before your tank is expected to run low.

Will Call customers: You are responsible for monitoring your tank gauge and requesting a delivery. We recommend placing your order when your tank reaches approximately 30% to allow enough time for delivery, especially during winter or periods of high demand.

Contact us if your usage changes, you add a propane appliance, or your tank level is dropping faster than expected.

Contract requirements depend on the delivery service, pricing program, and equipment arrangement you select. Some programs may include specific terms or enrollment requirements.

Before you sign up, the Pacer Propane team will clearly explain your options, pricing, and any applicable agreements so you know exactly what to expect.
